Seaward Marine Corporation will perform work in the SAFEST possible manner, consistent with sound Construction / Diving practices. To achieve this goal, an effective safety program will be implemented at each project location.

The success of our company is directly related to the effectiveness of our efforts to promote SAFETY and to provide a SAFE working environment for ALL of our employees. Our supervisors are required to direct their employees toward SAFE WORK PRACTICES with the attitude that safety is priority number 1.

Accidents are preventable and usually are the result of unsafe procedures, unsafe physical conditions, unsafe equipment or unsafe personal acts. Prevention of accidents is the first priority and responsibility of everyone in the organization, from the President to the individual craftsman in the field. Our ability to develop in each employee a sense of safety and health awareness and to develop SAFE WORK PRACTICES is a significant measure of our success.

Safety

No phase of the operation or administration of our sites or locations is more important than the prevention of accidents. Accidents resulting in personal injury or damage to property and equipment are a needless waste and have a negative effect on the morale and productivity of employees.

The effectiveness of Seaward Marine Safety Program depends upon the participation and cooperation of supervisors, divers, craftsmen, subcontractors and the coordination of everyone¹s efforts in carrying out SAFE practices and procedures.

The fruits of everyone¹s labors will be recognized in fewer injury producing incidents, increased efficiency made possible by a SAFE place to work, and reduced production interruptions resulting from incidents and accidents.
